In-house Diagnostic orders placed via IDEXX online ordering, to the value of R4 681.52 excluding VAT or more, are shipped free of charge.
In-house Diagnostic orders, placed via IDEXX online ordering, totaling less than R4 681.52 excluding VAT will incur a shipping fee of R104.18 excluding VAT, per order.
Any In-house Diagnostic order placed via the customer services orders team (by phone, e-mail or fax), will be charged a shipping and admin fee of R413.50 excluding VAT, per order.
